In the first step of the process, we'll begin by discussing your dream piece. You’ll work one-on-one with one of our experienced designers, sharing any sketches, pictures or ideas you have. If you don’t know where to even begin, no worries. Our professionals can help you brainstorm ideas that bring your vision to life.
After we have a concept nailed down, we’ll start designing the actual piece. The idea will be brought to life using computer-aided design (CAD). Right in front of your ideas, you’ll see a 3D rendering, presenting meticulous details at every angle.
When your design has been perfected through our program, we’ll then form a wax model. This prototype will present you with a beautiful carving, blending artistry and technique perfectly. You can even try on this piece and inspect the fine details.
After we’ve been given your approval, our master craftsman will start building your one-of-a-kind jewelry piece using the luxurious metals and dazzling gemstones of your choice. We’ll cast, polish and secure every stone so it lasts a lifetime. When it’s been perfected, we’ll invite you back to the store and unveil the final piece.
